I have been asked several times now why I chose to join GDI. Why after all these years would I chose to start over and join a different insurance agency?
I thought I would share part of my list of reasons. Yes I made a list of pros and cons just like Ben Franklin suggested. The part of my list I would like to share is just some of the pro’s, or reasons I chose to become a GDI insurance broker.

I am amazed at the cost of health insurance! I am more amazed at how much it keeps going up each year. I can’t understand why every company doesn’t offer a wellness plan to help its employees learn how to become healthier. The cost of your companies health insurance is directly related to the number of claims your employees have and the size of those claims.

Health care reform, in the form of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, brings many changes for employers and their health plans. As sponsors of group health plans prepare to comply with health care reform’s many requirements, they need to be aware of how health care reform will affect their plans for the coming plan year.
